Yes, this type of order could be placed. As we can see in the image, the first three items are selected as filters, while volume, the fourth item, is set as a trigger. Therefore, when the first three items are within the selected range, the moment the volume reaches the 3,500 level, a buy order will be opened in this case (this also works for sell or buy & sell orders).
